Kevin is the founder and CEO/Broker for Seaside Commercial Real Estate. He started his career as a researcher for Burnham in 2007 which was later acquired by Cushman & Wakefield. Kevin made the move into brokerage at NAI San Diego in 2009. After a few years of working in brokerage he began to specialize in tenant representation exclusively in 2011 when he transitioned to Shelton & Assoc. which after dissolving he later moved to Pacific Coast Commercial in 2014. Helping business owners and new entrepreneurs secure favorable lease & purchase terms is Kevin’s passion and sole focus. He has worked on behalf of a very diverse group of clients throughout San Diego county & Southern CA on every commercial property type and he’s an active member in the San Diego Professionals Team [www.sandiegoprofessionals.net].
Kevin is an SDSU alumni and lives in Point Loma with his wife, son & daughter.
Sean has been with Seaside CRE since its inception in 2018. He started working in real estate in 2006 as a junior loan origination officer collaborating closely with numerous banks. He later joined a real estate attorney facilitating client intake, analysis, evaluating and monitoring each new account. Sean made the move to commercial real estate brokerage in 2016 where he has found rapid success representing several international companies with corporate relocations. Sean’s consistency and energy led him to be awarded Pacific Coast Commercial’s “Rookie of the Year” in 2017.
Sean is an alumni of California Lutheran University and lives in Ocean Beach.
